Finding Joy in Challenging Times – Postponed

These past few months, and even longer, have brought out a lot of challenges for many of us.  From politics to senseless violence to worries about so many issues.  The divisiveness and separateness is prolific.  Family members pitted against each other. Friends dropping friends. Belief systems clashing.  The intensity is immense. Old wounds being brought to the surface to be healed and released. The energetic vibration has been dense and heavy and difficult to hold.  How about you?

I truly believe that what we focus on expands.  We can choose to jump in the swamp and drown with anger and defensiveness and fear, and….  Where is the joy? When was the last time you truly felt joy?  Truly laughed?

The great thing for me is I live with 4 incredible 4 legged angels who live in the energy and vibration of  joy – yes, I mean horses.

Please join us at the beautiful Greater Good Ranch with Nancy’s amazing horses on Saturday, December 1st to drop our worries and anger and discord and heaviness at the door. As you step into the arena your vibration will begin to rise. We will play with the energy of joy and laugh and experiment with freedom from trauma and drama.

Yeah – stuff we all go through and it can apply to everyone at any time… But the point is seeing it as guided by Brenda’s path of questions, I describe it as a whole – I am able to put ‘that’ out of my body now- remove it from my todays life. It puts a big smile on my face remembering our session at Nancy’s last week. Awesome is the only word I can use to describe it.
