You might be here because you or someone you know have a pattern of getting involved in unhealthy relationships, whether they be romantic, friendships or jobs.

I spent the majority of my life going from one unhealthy relationship to another. It was as if I had a sign that said, “pick me if you need someone to take care of you”. “Pick me if you need a fixer or a rescuer.” My picker was broken. Even though I had been to therapy and Codependents Anonymous, where I learned a lot about the patterns of dysfunction, I learned a lot about setting boundaries and self care and it was inspiring, it didn’t stop the patterns of fixing and rescuing. Those patterns and my choices only became more subtle. It wasn’t until I experienced the world of Gestalt and the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method during my training, that things truly shifted. I found freedom from that old story. 

If we didn’t have adults model healthy relationships while growing up or if we are picking our partners, friends and even work with our unfinished business running in the background, we most often choose relationships that aren’t healthy, even toxic. Hence, the term broken picker.

Join us to identify and BREAK FREE from the old patterns & stories and FIX YOUR PICKER!

You will receive:

• Unconditional support through small group connection and sharing.
• Transformational gestalt coaching with and without the horses.
• Deeper awareness of your true self outside of the old stories.
• The opportunity to shift those old patterns and stories.
• Self-compassion and more.

Two options are available for these safe and sacred small groups. Each group will then be a closed to new members once we begin and we will meet 2 times per month for three months . We will explore the roots of those old stories and begin to release them together.

IN-PERSON GROUP:

Meets Wednesday afternoons from 3-5:30p,  April 19, May 3 & 17, June 7 & 21 and July 5th. Sessions will be held with and without horses. No horse experience needed. No riding will occur. Location information will be provided upon registration. Pay for all 6 sessions in one payment for $420 or 3 payments of $155.

VIRTUAL GROUP:

Virtual sessions are on hold. If you are interested please let me know and I will add you to the waiting list. Materials will be provided. Pay for all 6 sessions in one payment for $369 or 3 payments of $135.
