Change is a constant factor in our lives. Some changes are small, others large and life altering. Sometimes we have weeks or months to prepare and ease into these changes, but sometimes they are unexpected, jarring, confusing, and stressful. Yet for better or for worse, change is a fact of life. Whether smooth and easy or abrupt and stressful, we can take a breath and allow ourselves to decide how we want to be with change. How we want to feel? How we want to show up?

This intensive day is typically $225.00 per person. I am offering this opportunity to you for bringing your own lunch and snacks and paying what you can!
A pay what you can jar will be set out so no one knows what you contribute.
